Cancellation Policy

Dance Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Thank you for choosing our dance classes! We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our students, and we understand that life happens. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1. All Sales Are Final All class bookings are final. Once a class is booked and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Class slots are non-transferable; they cannot be transferred to another person or rescheduled for another date. 2. Class Frequency and Planning Please note that our classes occur only once a month. Because of this, we strongly encourage you to plan in advance and ensure you can attend the scheduled class date. With limited availability each month, we recommend double-checking your schedule before booking, as rescheduling or switching to a different class time will not be possible. 3. In Case of Emergency or Unexpected Circumstances If you are unable to attend a scheduled class due to an emergency or unforeseen event, we encourage you to donate your class slot to another dancer in need. While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund, donating your spot allows others to participate in the class and helps us continue building a supportive dance community.Donations of class slots are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be communicated as soon as possible (at least 24 hours in advance of the class) to allow for proper arrangements. 4. Rescheduling Rescheduling a class is not available, as all sales are final and classes are booked for specific dates and times. We recommend booking carefully to ensure your availability for the scheduled class. 5. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your class. Late arrivals may result in missing important warm-ups or key elements of the session. In such cases, we are unable to provide refunds or make adjustments to the class time. 6. Communication If you need to donate your class slot or have any questions about the policy, please contact us as soon as possible. We are here to help, and we want to ensure the best possible experience for all our patrons. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following our policy.
